What if I lose my recovery seed? +

If you lose your recovery seed, you will permanently lose access to your cryptocurrencies if your device is lost, stolen, or damaged. There is no way to recover funds without the seed phrase. This is why it's crucial to store your recovery seed in a secure location.

Can I use Trezor with mobile devices? +

Yes, Trezor devices can be used with Android devices using a USB OTG adapter. iOS support is more limited but possible with certain apps and connection methods. For the best experience, we recommend using a computer for the initial setup.

What happens if I enter the wrong PIN? +

After several incorrect PIN attempts, your Trezor will incrementally increase the waiting time between attempts. After 16 incorrect attempts, the device will wipe itself, deleting all data. You can then restore your wallet using your recovery seed.

Do I need to update firmware regularly? +

Yes, firmware updates include important security improvements and new features. Trezor Suite will notify you when updates are available. Always ensure your device is updated to the latest firmware version for optimal security.
